When we founded Optimum ABA Therapy, our purpose was to serve our community with a personal touch of love and kindness. For the last six years our family run company has been in the unique position to improve the quality of our clients lives. With over 40 years of combined experience, we have the skill base and expertise to meet our clients where they are and have them grow with their personalized treatment plans. Our Behavior Analysts and therapists provide ABA services to those who have been diagnosed with autism, down syndrome, ADD, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. Our center-based therapy utilizes strategies for early intervention to develop social skills, transition into a school environment, and any other life skill they need further help with. We believe in providing a loving, enriching, and supportive environment where our clients can not only develop new skills but thrive.

Meet our leadership

  • Jacqueline Cusaac, BCBA,MA

    Behavior Analyst/Director

I discovered the behavior analysis world when my children and I volunteered for a dog therapy program for children with special needs, and I found it extremely inspiring. This experience led me to investigate and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and how it is effective in helping children succeed. I have over ten years of experience in the ABA field. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), we are in a unique position to improve lives, so when we founded Optimum ABA Therapy, our mission and goals were to create a warm and loving environment where children can thrive and grow. Furthermore, as a mother of four young adults, I enjoyed parenting, engaging my children in stimulating activities, and watching them progress and grow over the years. I bring that same passion for parenting to my role as a BCBA and the director of Optimum ABA Therapy.
